Definition of "Lintong"

Vegetable farmers in the Lintong district of Xian, in Shaanxi province, were forced to plough over more than 10 hectares of celery growing in their fields last week after failing to find buyers, the Huashang Daily reported.

The Xian housing bureau also expanded existing curbs to include one more district, Lintong. It said the new purchase rules take effect immediately.
