Definition of "Luichow"

Bill Wallace had sailed from San Francisco on August 14 and arrived in Hong Kong on September 3. Dr. Beddoe had received definite word that Bill flew to Shiukwan on September 16. From there he should have been able to make Luichow easily and Luichow was only three days away from Wuchow.
