Definition of "Ruifang"

Along the Pingxi Branch Line that departs from Ruifang, an unremarkable market town to the southeast of Keelung City that grew up as a railway junction during the mining boom of the early 20th century, runs an old locomotive, its no-frills carriages connected by traditional round doors.
