Definition of "soupspoonful"

Two or three soupspoonsful of this solution in a quart of hot water may be used as an injection, morning and evening, to correct the fœtidity of leucorrhœic discharges which accompany some cases of endometritis, polypus, fibrous bodies, ulceration of the cervix uteri, or even simple vaginitis.
